As a qualified, regulated clinical psychologist, I have the expertise to provide mental and behavioural health care, assessing and treating a variety of mental, emotional and behavioural disorders.
'Clinical' can sound cold, which is why it's important to me to bring warmth and compassion to my work. I want you, as my client, to feel comfortable and safe, knowing you are heard and respected.
Carrying the burden of mental health issues can be frustratingly debilitating, blocking us and our loved ones from living our best lives.
Many people suffer years of trauma and grief which can make them feel like a shadow of their former self - missing, and mourning for, the person they used to be.

We'll work together to reawaken, or perhaps discover for the first time, your most authentic and empowered self.

Crafting a therapeutic experience for you
I take a compassionate and integrative approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs.
I weave compassion-focused therapy (CFT) throughout my work and draw on a range of evidence-based approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), systemic principles, and more.
Together, we’ll craft a therapeutic experience that feels right for you — supportive, responsive, and effective.

Fees & Funding
I offer therapy sessions to suit a range of funding routes. You are welcome whether you're self-funding, funded through your workplace, legal services, or health insurance.
